As the ‘Digital Media Specialist’ on a small marketing team, I operated several accounts on behalf of Armstrong. We focused on growing followers & engagement organically (with strategic paid ads) on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Youtube by sharing beautiful imagery alongside timely, accurate horticultural advice.

The ingredients:

Creating inspiring, educational content based on a wide range of seasonal products.

Executed photo and video shoots, including styling, recording, & editing.

Developed & maintained a consistent brand image and voice in all content.

Created monthly strategies and provided analytics reports.

Increased online engagement by answering gardening questions and creating service solutions.
